Reini-Mini and Reini-Midi Submersible Pumps

The Reini Mini and Reini Midi submersible pumps are designed to complement the traditional Reini R and S series, extending the product range toward more compact and specialized applications. While they share the same distinctive body design, this design also clearly differentiates them from the R and S series pumps.

The Reini Mini is physically small and lightweight, making it an ideal choice for applications where easy handling, portability, and access to confined spaces are critical. Despite its compact dimensions, the pump delivers strong performance and is capable of producing discharge pressure comparable to the R and S series (up to approximately 2.5 bar). It is well suited for efficiently pumping clean to lightly contaminated water and free-flowing slurries in situations where quick deployment and compact size are key requirements.

The Reini Midi, while sharing the same body design as the Mini, is engineered to deliver significantly higher discharge pressure than the R and S series pumps. At the same time, it retains the ability to handle fluids with some level of contamination, making it more versatile than dedicated pressure pumps. This combination makes the Midi suitable for applications where increased pressure is required without sacrificing tolerance for impurities.

Together, Reini Mini and Reini Midi form a compact pump family that bridges the gap between traditional high-flow slurry pumps and higher-pressure solutions, offering Reini customers flexible options for a wide range of pumping challenges.

Reini-Mini Submersible Pump

The Reini-Mini is the smallest hydraulically powered submersible pump in the Reini product range. Despite its compact size, the pump delivers impressive performance and is well suited for a wide variety of water and light slurry pumping applications.

With a diameter of only 140 mm, the Reini-Mini can be used in confined spaces where larger pumps cannot fit. Relative to its size, it offers exceptional capacity, delivering up to 800 litres per minute.

The Reini-Mini is suitable for dirty water and free-flowing slurries. It is an excellent choice for maintenance, service, and emergency situations where a pump needs to be deployed quickly and handled with ease.

It should be noted that the wear resistance of the Reini-Mini is not at the same level as that of the Reini R and S series, which are specifically designed for demanding slurry applications and fluids containing larger solids. Due to its compact dimensions, the Reini-Mini does not tolerate large solid particles well — while the pump itself is unlikely to be damaged, solids may become lodged between the impeller or in the discharge outlet.

The Reini-Mini is the right choice when a lightweight, efficient, and easily portable pump is required for clean or lightly contaminated liquids.

The Reini-Mini is equipped with a gear motor and has a maximum operating pressure of 200 bar.

Reini-Midi Submersible Pump

The Reini-Midi is positioned between the Reini R and S series pumps and the Reini-PP3 pressure pump. It is a hydraulically powered submersible pump that offers higher pressure capability than the R and S series, while still maintaining good versatility and a certain tolerance for contamination—unlike the Reini-PP3, which is primarily intended for clean-water pressure applications.

The Reini-Midi is designed for pumping clean water, dirty water, and light slurries, and is well suited for applications such as construction sites, earthworks, agriculture, industrial maintenance, and emergency flood or spill response. The pump can handle light solids, but it is not intended for continuous operation with heavy slurries or fluids containing large solid particles. Its wear resistance does not reach the same level as that of the R or S series pumps.

The Reini-Midi provides a higher operating pressure than the Mini or the R and S series pumps, with a maximum discharge pressure of approximately 6 bar.

The Reini-Midi is equipped with a piston motor, allowing for a continuous hydraulic operating pressure of up to 350 bar.
